Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Canceling an order is possible under two conditions:
  1. Before our phone confirmation : If you change your mind, simply send us an email to info@hairzaman.com within 24 business hours of your purchase.
  2.  During phone confirmation: Our teams will contact you to validate the details of your order. This is the perfect opportunity to inform us of a cancellation if you wish
Once the order is confirmed and in the process of being delivered, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns of cosmetic products, provided they are in their original, sealed and intact packaging. If the seal has been broken, or if the product has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return.
Please note that shipping and customs fees for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product damaged during transport or an error by our teams.

Refund Policy

We are committed to offering you impeccable service. Refunds apply in the following cases:
  • Product damaged during transport: If your order arrives with a damaged product, contact our teams at info@hairzaman.com within 24 business hours of receipt. We ask that you attach clear photos of the product and its packaging so that we can process your request quickly.
  • Error in the preparation of your order: If our teams have made a mistake and the product you received is not the one you ordered, we will of course issue a refund. Simply notify us at info@hairzaman.com within 24 business hours of receipt, with a photo of the incorrect product.
Once your request is validated, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase. Please note that the refund processing may take up to 45 days before the funds are credited to your account. We remain at your entire disposal for any questions.
